(1) PERSONAL INFORMATION needed for the VISA APPLICATION
Filling the visa information block at your Personal Account is necessary for all participants
and accompanying persons who need a Russian entry visa.
For each participant and accompanying person, we will prepare the documents needed for visa
application as required by Russian authorities.
Please note that a tourist visa is not suitable to enter Lebedev Physical Institute.
Applying for a visa requires a hard copy of the official invitation. We will produce it based on:
- the information you provide in the Visa block of your Personal Account;
- a scanned version or photocopy of your passport page(s) containing the holder's photograph
and name, the passport number, and the expiration date. These scanned page(s) should also be
uploaded to your Personal Account.
The procedure of obtaining a Russian visa may be slightly different in different countries and depends,
for example, on your travel plans inside Russia (to be specified in the visa block of your Personal
Account as well).
ALL THE NECESSARY DATA for the visa application MUST BE RECEIVED BY THE ORGANIZERS NO LATER THAN
MARCH 15, 2017

(2) CHOICE OF ACCOMMODATION
The Organizing Committee recommends the Korston Hotel Moscow****.
The hotel is located within walking distance (10 to 15 minutes) from the Lebedev Institute.
It is our pleasure to offer discount prices for the duration of the Conference. Depending on the
chosen option, the discount price ranges from Euro 110 to 140. For example, the Comfort Single
option is Euro 110 - 120 per night.
Precise prices (fixed in Russian Roubles), details on two types of payment, and selection of a
particular accommodation option are available in the Accommodation block of your Personal Account
by pressing the "UpdateAccommodation" button.
Please make your final decision concerning the accommodation in the Korston Hotel no later than April, 15.
The discount prices apply if the payment is made no later than March, 30.
In case you prefer finding an accommodation in Moscow by yourself, please choose "No" in front of the
correspondent question ("Do you need accommodation in Moscow? ").
However, an additional reason why we recommend the Korston hotel is that this simplifies the visa support routine.
For participants with Russian affiliation, there is an opportunity to stay in the Hotel "Akademicheskaya". In case
you prefer to stay in "Akademicheskaya," please choose this option in the Accomodation block of your Personal Account.
Precise prices will be communicated by e-mail after you choose and save this option.
